The challenge
A growth-marketing agency ran a weekly, time-critical webinar funnel with zero monitoring: if a step silently broke on a Sunday, nobody knew until leads complained.
What we built
The full lead lifecycle — opt-in with attribution capture, automatic webinar registration, a reminder sequence that adapts to late registrants, call booking, payment alerts — plus a watchman that checks every workflow every 3 hours, classifies each as errored, silent, or healthy, and posts a Slack digest. Silence counts as failure.
