The challenge
Underqualified leads were leaking onto senior closers’ calendars, and duplicate or stuck deals were everywhere. The obvious — and expensive — recommendation would have been a full CRM rebuild.
What we built
A diagnosis-first, read-only audit: it proved the live routing survey had zero conditions configured, sampled real submissions to measure the damage, bucketed every tagged record as broken or healthy, and root-caused the leaks to missing guards across ~12 booking workflows. The fix shipped as a surgical, tested change — copying proven rules rather than rebuilding — with a rollback plan.
